HOW MY RETURN BE REIMBURSED ?
You will recieve a store credit quivalent to the purchase value of the item into your BAX account. Store Credit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Credits in a BAX account do not expire. Store Credit can be used in your next online purchase with us.
Store Credit in a BAX acount can only be used on www.bax.asia.
Once you’ve made your return to us, you can expect a confirmation of your return within 14 business days from when we receive your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offers return policy, within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the BAX online store (www.bax.asia), return any product(s) that you are not completely happy with or manufacture defects. Product(s) can be returned, provided that the product(s) is in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels. Original product is required. The entire shipment returns will be bare by the customer .

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept exchanges within 15 working days for all domestic orders and within 30 working days for all international orders. Exchanges are only valid for manufacturer’s defect. Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange. All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of BAX reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion. We do not accept exchanges for custom made / personalized items / sale item / promotions item.
Returns should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Pack your item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel. You can download a copy of the form here.
You’ll receive Store Credit into your acount within 14 business days after dropping off your parcel at our store.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ON SALE/PROMOTION?
Purchase of sale and promotion items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’VE RETURNED AN ORDER THAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

WHAT IS MY RETURN ORDER STATUS?
You’ll receive Store Credit to your account within 14 business days from when we receive your order. Once your return order has been processed, we will send you an email.

GENERAL RETURNS DISCLAIMER:
All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and, whenever possible, packaged in the original boxes in order to ensure a full credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged. Coupons, promo codes and other discounts may not be used to purchase gift cards.

STEP 1: PACKED AND DELIVER

Please follow the steps below for your returns:

  1. Please packed the box properly how it used to be.
  2. Make sure the items and boxes are not damaged.
  3. We are eligible to reject your refund if the items is damage by courier services.
  4. Please remember to include your Return Form in the parcel.
  5. Hand over the parcel to the courier for delivery.

Expect delay in replies for enquiries made during non-operating days.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to be processed after we received the item(s). Refund will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) met the Return Policy requirements above.

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced or the item has been used.
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated.

  1. Our team will inspect through the product you refund
  2. If the returned item(s) met the requirements of our Return Policy, your refund will be processed.
  3. Your refund will be refund
  • Do note that this Return method will send your parcel back to our eCommerce warehouse and we will process for your refund within 10 to 14 business days.
  • Refund will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) met the Return Policy requirements above.
